What makes your company special, and what are your commitments?
Our house is committed to offering a selection of exceptional cheeses that combines authenticity, quality and respect for traditional expertise. Each product is chosen with care to offer a unique experience to professionals and their customers.
Where do your cheeses come from?
Our selection draws on partner producers from Europe's great cheesemaking regions (France, Italy, Spain, England, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands), chosen for their high standards of quality and authenticity. Each origin brings its own identity, history and expertise to our collection.
What types of cheese do you offer?
We offer a broad and evolving selection of cheeses, from ultra-fresh products to long-matured cheeses. Our range covers different cheese worlds: traditional cheeses, regional specialities, original creations and exclusive references. On average, we work with 250 different cheeses a year, selected from partner producers.
We also offer exclusive products and several bespoke creations, allowing our partners to stand out and offer a unique experience.
How do you transport fresh products?
The cold chain is a priority at every stage, from preparation in the cellar to handover to our partner freight forwarders (Ceva, Schenker, Sealogis (Stef group) and Nippon Express), who specialise in air freight of fresh products and are based at the Rungis International Market (MIN). This set-up allows us to guarantee controlled lead times and the responsiveness that export demands.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Our minimum order quantities are set according to the type of partner, the destination and market needs. We adapt our terms to build lasting collaborations with our distributors, restaurateurs and other professional partners.
How are commercial terms defined for professionals?
Our commercial terms are established case by case according to several criteria: the type of partnership, the volumes envisaged, the frequency of orders and the geographical area concerned. We favour a personalised approach in order to offer support tailored to each partner.
What are your lead times, and how often do you ship?
Our export orders are prepared on a weekly schedule, with departures organised several times a week. Each step (selection in the cellar, cutting, packing, labelling) is carried out with the same rigour as for our French customers.
To guarantee the quality of this work and to meet the deadlines set by our freight forwarders, we recommend that our partners send their orders sufficiently in advance, particularly for products requiring health certification. Our team will give you precise lead times when we set up your collaboration.
Who handles health certification?
Our shipments are entrusted to our partner freight forwarders, who are based at the Rungis International Market (MIN) and are accustomed to the requirements of exporting fresh products. They, working with our teams, take charge of preparing the health certificates required for each destination market.
Depending on the formalities required, a minimum of 48 hours to 3 days before shipping is essential to prepare these documents. Our team will help you plan for these deadlines with each order.
Have a special project? Let's talk.
In France and internationally, we support you with your projects and design a tailor-made experience with you, from cheese selection to presentation.
